Refund policy

TUFT products have been made to high quality standards and we are sure of their longevity but, in the event of faults occurring, we will make sure to provide all the assistance necessary to be able to return the product and receive a new or repaired one.

 

GUARANTEE

Each TUFT product has a 2 year guarantee which starts from the date of purchase shown on the receipt or invoice.

The warranty covers all possible manufacturing defects whether they concern the materials of the product or its functioning.

The product will not be covered by the warranty instead if:

• You do not have proof of purchase or it is beyond the 2 year period
• He fell or suffered an accidental impact
• It has been misused
• It has been tampered with

To send the products to the TUFT assistance center, please contact 055 959547 or write to info@rimindhair.com and one of our operators will support you in the return procedure, giving you all the necessary information.
